Our Pacific Smiles Dental Tuggeranong team is looking for a warm, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist who thrives in a busy environment and loves helping people.
This is a Casual position, with availability Monday to Friday plus weekends (essential). Standard shift hours run between 8am–6pm.

Our Tuggeranong centre is:
Home to 4 busy dental chairs
Located in a high-traffic shopping centre with easy access

What You'll Be Doing
This role is predominantly reception-based, including:
* Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
* Managing bookings, schedules and patient flow
* Processing payments and handling enquiries
* Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient days
* Creating a welcoming, safe and caring environment for every patient

About You
You're the kind of person who brings the good vibes and keeps the front desk running like a dream. You'll bring:
* Experience in dental or medical reception (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A reliable, team-first attitude
* A genuine passion for creating a great patient experience
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends between 8am–6pm
