* IT Support Engineer (Level 2)
* Perth, WA | Full-time | Monday-Friday | Primarily Remote + Centre Visits as required
We're rolling out a modern, distributed IT support model across our 120 dental centres, supported by both local and offshore IT teams. As part of this, we're looking for a positive, service-focused IT Support Engineer based in Perth, WA to provide remote and occasional onsite support across the region.
This role is primarily work-from-home, with centre visits as required for hands-on support, equipment setup, or escalated issues. You'll be a trusted point of contact for our HBF Dental centres in Perth and part of a broader Pacific Smiles Group IT team, supporting the PSG clinics on the East Coast. Your position will be to ensure our centres technology runs smoothly so they can focus on delivering excellent patient care.
What You'll Do
* Provide Level 2 technical support primarily remotely, with occasional onsite support across Perth-region centres
* Be the friendly, go-to IT support for centre teams
* Set up and support workstations, devices, networks, and remote access
* Collaborate with a distributed IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
* Work independently and proactively to maintain uptime and performance
What We're Looking For
* 2-3 years' experience in IT support (Level 2)
* Strong customer-service mindset and a genuine desire to help people
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Positive, can-do attitude and confidence to work independently
* Reliable transport and valid driver's licence (km reimbursement provided)
* Comfortable working remotely with occasional site visits
* Strong background in Azure, firewalls, networking, and infrastructure is highly desirable
* Interstate travel is not required day-to-day, but may be needed occasionally on an ad-hoc basis
* Team player who takes pride in delivering great service
