Supporting Sustainable Tenancies
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to establish and maintain positive relationships with Social Housing tenants through an outreach model.
* The successful candidate will provide proactive intervention and support to sustain tenancies that are at risk of breaking down.
* They will also empower vulnerable tenants who require assistance in advocating on their own behalf.
* Our ideal candidate will possess demonstrated relationships with key stakeholders in Gippsland and relevant experience working within the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community.
