The City of Karratha seeks a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to support our evolving workforce.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver timely, effective, and people-centric HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
* Lead employee relations, develop workforce plans, and foster an inclusive culture that promotes engagement and motivation.
* Guide performance management processes and provide coaching to executives.
* Drive improvements in HR initiatives including onboarding, recruitment, policy development, and compliance.
* Promote best practices and ensure alignment with employment laws and organizational values.
Requirements include:
* A strong background in HR, with relevant qualifications and experience in advisory or business partnering roles.
* Excellent knowledge of employment law, modern HR practices, and employee relations.
* High-level communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
* A proactive and resilient mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Experience working in or with government, and knowledge of the Local Government Act 1995 is desirable.
