We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Sales Administrator to support two of the Shire's high-performing agents and Partners, Laura McKay and Mitchell Wynn, in our Cronulla office, a rare opportunity to be guided and supported within a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who loves the pace, energy and hustle of a high-performing sales division but is genuinely passionate about the administration and operational side of the business.
This is a structured, Monday to Friday, office-based role focused purely on administration and operational support. You will not be required to conduct open homes, attend appraisals or be involved in any sales-related activities.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys the fast-paced sales environment but prefers to build their career on the operational and administrative side rather than pursuing a sales agent pathway.
