About the RoleAs a Property Officer (Vehicle Claims & Compliance), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely property-related services for our clients and customers.
This includes managing vehicle insurance, claims, compliance, and valuations, as well as liaising with external service providers.
You'll ensure services align with their Customer Excellence Principles and provide guidance to team members while escalating complex matters when required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial transactions and processes related to vehicle claims and compliance.
Coordinate property insurance and valuations for customer-owned properties.
Liaise with external service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Provide advice and support to customers and stakeholders on property-related matters.
Maintain accurate records and suggest process improvements.
About You
You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
You have:
Proven experience managing vehicle insurance, claims, and compliance.
Knowledge of vehicle processes (buying, selling, registering, insuring) and basic mechanics.
Familiarity with NSW agencies such as Service NSW and Transport for NSW.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage external service providers effectively.
Essential Requirements
Experience working with vulnerable or older people and/or people with disability.
Willingness to participate in quality assurance processes for calls and emails.
