About the role
Wisebuy Home Loans is seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in Newcastle, NSW. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the home loan process and delivering tailored lending solutions that support their short and long term goals.
This is a full time, in office position offering structured mentoring, strong lead flow, and end to end support, making it ideal for a broker who wants to grow faster in a high performance environment.
What you'll be doing
• Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their financial position, goals, and borrowing needs.
• Researching and analysing a wide range of home loan products from multiple lenders.
• Providing clear, compliant, and tailored lending recommendations.
• Managing clients from initial enquiry through to settlement, with dedicated loan processing support provided.
• Assisting clients with applications, documentation, and lender requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and referral partners.
• Staying up to date with lending policy, compliance requirements, and industry changes.
• Working collaboratively within the Wisebuy team to achieve individual and business targets.
What we're looking for
• Accredited Mortgage Broker or close to completing accreditation.
• Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage and finance industry, including compliance obligations.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• A client first mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and build a long term career as a broker.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
• Experience using CRM and lender systems is highly regarded.
