Job Opportunity: We're seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team in a remote location.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will work closely with the onsite Head Chefs to deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner. Your primary objective will be to uphold ISS's reputation for excellence and create memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner
* Work closely with onsite Head Chefs to achieve culinary excellence

Requirements:
* Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher
* Experience as a Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential)
* Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service
* Experience driving a safe and productive work culture
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia
* A valid police check issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one
* The ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
