Federation of Scottish Theatre (FST) is looking for a Change Programmes Lead to amplify our impact by developing more innovative and effective ways to drive change for people in the sector.
The Change Programmes Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring FST achieves the strategic objective of amplifying our impact by developing more innovative and effective ways to drive change for people in the sector.
Additionally, they will contribute to forging stronger, long-term alliances with key stakeholders and external partners to meet the evolving needs of the sector, encouraging shared responsibility for sector support and development.
To achieve this, they will plan, deliver and develop FST's Change Programmes, including new and existing projects and programmes, training and development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
They will work across four key areas:
• Policies and planning
• Professional and sector development
• Projects
• Partnerships
0.8 FTE, 28 hours per week (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
