Telecommunications Team Leader Role
The Telecommunications Team Lead oversees daily operations of switchboards and telecommunications services.
* Liaise with stakeholders to develop communication strategies.
* Collaborate with technical teams on technology implementation.
* Maintain accurate records and reports for telecommunications services.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in telecommunication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership to ensure efficient operation of switchboards and telecommunications services.
* Development and implementation of emergency procedures.
* Sound knowledge of software packages.
* Ability to work a 24-hour rotating roster and undertake on-call responsibilities.
