Pool Attendant/Lifeguard Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pool Attendant/Lifeguard to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our pool patrons.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of our leisure centres, including pool surveillance, security, and performing lifeguarding duties. They will also be required to administer first aid, maintain the cleanliness of buildings and grounds, set up areas for scheduled activities, and provide excellent customer service.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Poll Lifeguard Licence
* First Aid Certificate
* A current Working with Children Check Certificate
* Good interpersonal skills, experience and commitment to customer service
* An understanding of the principles of WHS
* Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Operations Certificate
* Experience working in a large facility
Benefits
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $60,239 p.a. to $70,522 p.a., plus penalty rates for weekend work. A uniform will be provided, and hours of work will be between 4:45 am to 11 pm, Monday to Sunday.
