Job Description
We are looking for a skilled sales manager to lead our regional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales growth, collaborating with our APAC Sales Team to contribute to and implement our overall sales strategy, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in sales or a related field
* Deep knowledge and selling experience in the Energy and Renewables Industry
* Demonstrated ability to build a plan around achieving sales targets
* Strong critical thinking, business insight, and adaptability to market conditions
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel and build strong client relationships across the region
