Customer Service: Help customers find the right products, answer enquiries over the phone, via email and face-to-face. Always providing excellent service. Deliveries: Ensure goods are delivered accurately and on time, representing the brand with professionalism. Organisation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organised, and secure workspace while handling shipment and purchase order data entry. Financials: Accurately process financial transactions, including cash handling, to support branch integrity and compliance. Team Support: Perform various ad-hoc duties around the branch as needed to support smooth operations. What you’ll need to succeed: Communication Skills: Deliver efficient and knowledgeable service while working closely with customers. Team Player Attitude: Contribute to a positive work culture by being hardworking, adaptable, and team-oriented. Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and unloading orders throughout the day. Tech Savvy: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and maintain proficiency across IT systems and digital tools. Licences: A car licence is required, a forklift licence is preferred. Working Rights: Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen with full permanent working rights.
