Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head of HSEQ and CLT on developing and implementing an annual ISS Pacific Quality Plan, including objectives, measures, and targets.
* Review and maintain the ISS Pacific-level Quality Management System (QMS) process documents.
* Ensure current QMS documents are accessible within the ISS Operations Performance Framework in collaboration with the Head of HSEQ.
* Develop and oversee the internal Quality Audit Program, reporting results and actions to the CLT, and driving continuous improvement of core QMS processes.
* Work with the Head of Supply Chain and Procurement to effectively implement the Supplier Audit Program.
* Participate in the annual Management Review of the QMS with the Head of HSEQ and CLT.
* Govern the Quality Non-Conformance management process to ensure timely reporting, investigation, corrective actions, and closure.
* Collaborate on the Quality Reporting System and KPIs to support decision-making by the CLT and other leaders.
* Provide operational advice, support, and coaching to leaders to ensure effective QMS implementation.
