We are currently looking for a skilled Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. If you're an experienced professional with a drive to succeed and a passion for safe work practices, we would like to welcome you onboard.


Your Key Responsibilities:

* Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs on client aircraft to ensure compliance with regulations and technical publications.
* Accurately document all maintenance tasks, ensuring worksheets, logs, tracking systems, and other required records are completed and submitted promptly.
* Collaborate with managers, engineers, pilots, and emergency service teams to optimize aircraft availability and performance.
* Support base operations by preparing tasks, maintaining stores, and performing ground support equipment maintenance essential for ongoing operations.
* Maintain accountability for tool control and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of hangars, workshops, related workspaces, and vehicles.
* Adhere to the safety management system and company policies and procedures.


Essential Requirements:

* Experience leading an engineering team.
* Trade Certificate IV (Mechanical) or Trade Certificate IV (Avionics).
* CASA licence.
* Strong team player.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Consistent positive and proactive attitude.
* Valid work visa.
* Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and, Driver's licence.
