The company is searching for a driven, commercially minded leader to stabilise and elevate the venue, ensuring structure, accountability and profitability.
This role goes beyond traditional General Manager responsibilities, as you'll step into the company's expansion pipeline, playing a hands-on role in pre-openings and launches.
As new venues open nationally, you'll grow into a leadership position overseeing multiple venues across Australia.
What You'll Do
Lead daily operations at the flagship venue, instilling a high-performance culture.
Deliver financial targets and oversee financial management.
Implement training, service standards, KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Manage recruitment, systems implementation and launch execution.
Partner closely with stakeholders on strategy and new business initiatives.
Play a central role in scaling the brand nationally.
What You Need
Proven experience as a GM or Ops Director in premium hospitality.
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to deliver results.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance detail and strategy.
Demonstrated experience with successful venue openings.
Passion for growth and scaling a multi-venue business.
