Role Summary:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be working in diverse settings to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
This role involves building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, developing and implementing behaviour support plans, conducting functional behaviour assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and attending weekly team meetings.
We are looking for individuals who share our values and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant tertiary qualification and registration as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, or Psychologist, along with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
