? About the Role
As an experienced Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in‑store operations. You will also be supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members.
You will:
- ? Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents
- ? Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range
- ? Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard
- ? Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility
? About You
You are a capable and dependable retail skilled who thrives in a fast‑paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work.
You will bring:
- ✅ 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- ✅ Strong communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset
- ✅ Experience mentoring team members or acting in a leadership capacity
- ✅ Confidence managing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
- ✅ A hands‑on attitude – able to lift stock (up to 15kg), work on your feet, and stay engaged
- ✅ Availability to work regular shifts and contribute to a positive team culture
