The Role

Duties
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tender documentation and manage end-to-end panel refreshes or Request for Tender (RFT) activities in line with legislative, audit, and procurement requirements.
Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful tender outcomes.
Oversee probity management and evaluate tender submissions, including reviewing technical specifications, validating compliance documentation, and scoring against Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) criteria.
Conduct verification checks on tenderers, including financial viability assessments, insurance compliance, and Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) policy requirements, and provide recommendations on applicant suitability.
Monitor and report on marketplace or panel refresh status, elevate risks, and advise on corrective actions.
Finalise contracts by organising enrolment letters and Head Agreements and facilitate debriefs for unsuccessful applicants.
Review seller profiles, offerings, and compliance documentation, and implement the Seller Performance Management Framework to monitor and improve supplier performance.
Contribute to process improvements and perform other duties to support marketplace or panel establishment and refresh.
Do You Have?
Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Framework including the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (PGPA) Act and Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPR's).
Experience in tender evaluation, compliance checks, and financial viability assessments.
Experience working on Government tenders or panel refreshes (preferred).
Proven high level verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail.
Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Word, and MS Excel for documentation and evaluation.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
