We are looking for a Senior Electronics Security Commissioning Technician who will work closely with the National Electronics Manager and National Project Manager and will be responsible for the service, programming and installations of electronic security equipment for our clients.
The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Duties include:
* Package includes reasonable overtime expected when required.
* Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance across CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems.
* Program and integrate multi-site systems (Integriti, Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec).
* Liaise with national project and service managers to deliver technical solutions on time and to spec.
* Provide field diagnostics, testing, and documentation for system sign-off.
* Support junior techs and subcontractors on large-scale rollouts.
* Design and deploy complex systems
* Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices
* Provide technical support to field technicians
* Opportunity to fly and work interstate with travel allowances
Skills and experience:
* 4+ years' experience in electronic security installation or servicing, or trade-qualified with equivalent hands-on experience.
* A valid Security Licence (relevant to state applying).
* Qualified with Integriti Software and experience using the software.
* Open Registration Cabling License.
* White Card.
* A valid Driver's License.
* Experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
* Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure.
