THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented front office person to join our administration team as Office Administrator & Customer Service person to support our vibrant and fast-paced performing arts centre.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The person accepting this role will be responsible for front of house customer service and office duties, supporting the administration & daily activities of the BCMA & it's community.
We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic, efficient individual to join our small but industrious team. The person needs to be highly motivated, adaptable, able to work as part of a team, independently and together with a wide range of age groups. This demanding role requires exceptional organisational and time management skills, the ability to multitask & problem solve and to manage a wide range of projects together with providing a high level of customer service.
Everyday tasks will provide you with an interesting and varied position that will be fulfilling, exciting, challenging and ever-changing. Day-to-day operations will include duties such as communications, scheduling, book-keeping & data entry, alongside greeting students and families, fitting uniforms, taking payments and carrying out general office duties with great attention to detail required in all areas.
Basic data entry level bookkeeping experience is required for this position.
This part-time role requires availability for evenings and weekends.
