About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) to join our Community Rehabilitation Facility (CRF) and Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) programs within the Acute Intervention Service.
Our 12-bed Community Rehabilitation Facility (CRF) and 8-bed Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) service are collocated residential programs supporting people with a lived experience of mental illness in their recovery journey. PARC provides short-term, voluntary sub-acute support as a step-up/step-down alternative to hospital admission, while CRF focuses on longer-term rehabilitation and skill development for independent living.
As a Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide recovery-oriented, person-centred care in a structured and supportive residential environment. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your mental health nursing skills while contributing meaningfully to consumers' recovery and community reintegration.
The service operates across a 24/7 rotating roster.

o Administer medications in accordance with endorsement and organisational policy.

o Promote a safe, structured and supportive residential environment.
o Contribute to clinical documentation and continuous improvement processes within CRF/PARC.
o Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery-oriented practice.
