Flynn Group ANZ is excited to offer a newly created full time opportunity for a motivated individual to support the administration and coordination of training programs across our organisation.
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll work closely with the L&D Manager to support training initiatives for employees, franchisees and team members, helping build capability and strengthen our workforce.

What you will do:
Learning & Development Coordination
* Support and coordinate Flynn ANZ training programs and annual L&D Plan.
* Assist with developing and maintaining the L&D calendar, programs and materials.
* Partner with HR and key stakeholders to ensure training needs align with organisational goals.
* Support LMS platform management and updating resources and training.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
Operational Support
* Build relationships across the business and provide L&D advice as needed.
* Assist in facilitating training and update the relevant platforms.
* Produce timely reports and insights on training performance and completion.
Risk & Compliance
* Ensure all core, competency-based and statutory training requirements are met.
* Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and compliance standards.
What you will bring:
* Has experience in a customer focused environment preferably hospitality or QSR
* Demonstrated experience in the facilitation of L&D training or other similar programs.
* Experience with using systems as an administrator including LMS
* Ability to travel regionally and interstate.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* High work ethic and ability to work without close supervision.
* Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
