Customer Service Representative Opportunity

* Handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS transactions
* Promoting company offerings and improving customer loyalty
* Assisting with mail lodgements and associated costs
* Building long-term relationships with customers by offering tailored solutions
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 16kg of mail regularly and stand for shifts
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
