Reporting to the CEO, this executive leadership role is accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of the operations businesses, including full financial responsibility.

* Own operational financial performance, capital investment and cost control.
* Drive operational excellence, industrialisation and continuous improvement programs.
* Lift DIFOT, productivity, margin and throughput across the value chain.
* Embed a strong safety‑first, performance‑driven culture aligned to Ampcontrol values.
* Shape and execute operational strategy aligned to the group’s growth ambitions.
* Actively contribute to the senior leadership team to drive optimal organisational strategy, structure, culture and performance.
Operating Environment
Ampcontrol operates across two core business models:

* Proven success leading lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and operational transformation.
* Strong capability across complex, multi‑site and global supply chains.
* Experience with offshore manufacturing, with China or similar markets highly regarded.
* A visible, hands‑on leadership style with strong cultural and people leadership capability.
* A strategic mindset with an inherent understanding of project delivery and customer value chains.
* Demonstrated ability to grow and develop the capability of your teams.
* Experience in electrical or power solutions is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
* Engineering qualification (Diploma or higher).
* Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence credentials.
