Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities
You will support the day‐to‐day people needs of the Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) Upgrade Project, a major civil infrastructure project. Your key duties include:
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, engagement, performance and reporting.
* Collaborating closely with the Project People Manager, the project team, and the wider HR team to ensure HR processes are organised and practical.
* Managing sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Qualifications
* Previous HR experience, ideally within the construction industry.
* Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline, or a willingness to work towards such qualifications.
* Strong experience using HR information systems.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
* Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
