Role
Due to continued growth, we're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Mobilisation Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operations and people in the field. As a Junior Mobilisation Administrator, you'll support the operations team to ensure employees and contractors are fully compliant, inducted, and ready to commence work safely and efficiently on client sites. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone keen to learn and develop their career, with a clear pathway to progress into a Mobilisation Coordinator role.
Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding through to mobilisation.
* Assist with end-to-end mobilisation of employees & contractors to client sites.
* Ensure all inductions, medicals, & trade or site-specific requirements are met & maintained in line with company, client, and legislative standards.
* Manage daily travel & accommodation bookings through preferred suppliers, maintaining clear communication with employees.
* Maintain & update company & client systems with travel & mobilisation details to ensure accuracy & traceability.
* Handle confidential employee & medical information in accordance with privacy regulations.
* Assist with ordering, allocating, and tracking PPE and uniforms.
* Raise purchase requisitions in accordance with company procurement guidelines & ensure expenses are managed within approved budgets.
* Support the operations team with general administrative tasks.
* Build strong working relationships internally & externally through consistent professional communication.

* Ability to multitask & manage competing priorities, in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines & targets.
* A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
