We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership professional to develop and maintain profitable partnerships, driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
* Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to achieve sales profitability and growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality solutions and proposals that meet customer needs.
* Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
* Participate in new business development activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends monitoring.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in sales or partnership development roles, preferably in the banking or tech industry.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining profitable partnerships, driving sales growth, and customer acquisition.
* Strong networking and customer service skills, with ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate successful outcomes.
