We are looking for an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager.
Job Description:
* Main Responsibilities
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
* Skillfully manage, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
* Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
* Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
Requirements:
* Prior supervisory experience in a retail environment is essential
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/KPIs
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Confidence to provide constructive feedback to team members
* Able to adapt to change quickly and maintain a positive attitude
