* At least 2 years' PAE
* Broad experience in all major areas of dispute resolution & litigation
* Strong written communication and IT skills

**SENIOR LAWYER - COMMERCIAL | Cairns**
* At least 5 years' PAE with a strong focus on commercial law
* Expertise in contract law and corporate governance essential
* Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation and management
* Attractive salary package negotiable + performance-based rewards
**SENIOR LAWYER - PROPERTY | Cairns**
* At least 5 years' PAE in property or commercial law
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development documents
* Strength in estate planning, probate & succession law essential
* Generous salary package negotiable depending on experience
**PARALEGAL - FAMILY | Cairns**
* Part time 3 days per week
* Showcase your initiative, discretion, and sound judgement
* Play a crucial role supporting senior paralegals
* Must understand the Australian legal system, incl. laws, regulations, terminology and court procedures
* Salary negotiable based on experience
**GRADUATE or JUNIOR LAWYER - | Cassowary Coast****
* Work alongside senior lawyers on a diverse range of client matters
* Undertake legal research and assist in case preparation
* Ideal for a tech-savvy, resilient, and highly motivated individual
* $80K - $100K + Super
