Your new company
This organisation is based in Chatswood near public transport. You'll be joining a friendly People & Culture Team on a part-time basis - 21hrs a week that can be spread between 3, 4 or 5 days.
Your new role
* Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including the Business Partner Lead who you will be reporting into.
* Maintain accurate employee and volunteer records using HR systems such as TechOne and ECM.
* Respond to routine HR-related queries and provide general advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training logistics, and meeting coordination.
* Generate reports and support data analysis for HR activities.
* Support HR projects and initiatives as directed, including ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in a HR support role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using HRIS platforms.
* Experience in the public sector and/or working with volunteers is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
