Clinical Pharmacy services are provided from satellite pharmacies located in patient care areas.What You Will Be DoingExciting opportunity for a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Rotational Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy team.
You\'ll deliver safe, effective, and connected care across acute, sub-acute, mental health, and community health services.
The role includes clinical service delivery, medication supply, and education, with rotation through diverse areas.
Grade 2 applicants may take on additional responsibilities in specialised practice and education.
Be part of a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.This is a rotational role, and the successful candidate will participate in rotations to different sites, including The Mornington Centre, Golf Links Road, and Rosebud Hospital.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:Full Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice, or an appropriate pharmaceutical qualification eligible for the registration.Demonstrate adequate level of clinical knowledge of current drug usage, interactions and counselling.Demonstrate highly developed communication and liaison skills.Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.Recent hospital pharmacy experience working as a clinical pharmacist (desirable).
