- Fulltime"Live on the Lake" music venue the historic Toronto Hotel on the shores of Lake Macquarie require a Sous chef who are ready to take the next step in their career.The hotel has completed large-scale renovation and have two new state of the art kitchens, our food offering ranges from upmarket hotel bistro style fare, through to high end formal dining and wedding occasions.With our newly expanding kitchen, we are seeking an appropriate experienced, reliable, and hardworking Sous chef to join our team.
