The Senior Marketing Cloud Journey Designer will design, build and optimise personalised, multi-channel customer journeys that transform how we communicate with our customers. Day-to-day responsibilities
* Partner cross-functionally to capture requirements, identify pain points and design optimised campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Build, test, and deploy complex multi-channel customer journeys, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting and optimisation
* Host stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions to shape journey backlogs and explore new initiatives
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from design and build through to reporting and insights
* Support governance and testing programs to ensure accuracy, compliance and best practice in customer communications
Qualifications and experience
* Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage, influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey design, build and optimisation
* Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable campaigns and reporting packs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to think big picture
* Technical capability with tools such as SQL, Data Design, AMPscript, HTML/CSS or related platforms (highly regarded)
