Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
In this role, you will be the frontline of support for our teams, ensuring they have the stability and performance they need to succeed. You will provide critical operations support in a fast-paced environment.
* Front-Line Troubleshooting: Research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues across various systems including Windows, Linux, MacOS, Google Workspace, Email, Internet connections, and hardware/peripherals.
* System Deployment & Repair: Install, configure, and troubleshoot software efficiently in Linux, MacOS and Windows environments.
* User Management: Manage user expectations and system issues with professional service.
* Networking & Integration: Set up, upgrade, and integrate computer systems (including printers, scanners, and tablets) with minimal interruption across Linux, Macintosh, and Windows systems.
* Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and participate in team discussions to drive process creation and improvement.
* Security & Administration: Handle fundamental IT security protocols, including routine account administration and mail/printing system administration.
