About the Role
We are seeking hard working, skilled spray painters to work across our Large Boats and Plate Boats paint department. This role will be particularly focused on Paint Repairs and Warranty repairs on our range of aluminium boats. Duties will include preparing aluminium surfaces for painting, spray painting, paint correction, paint repair and quality control. This role is responsible for ensuring that our boats are painted to the highest standard possible.
We are offering permanent roles, Monday to Friday, working 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
* Automotive or marine spray painting experience
* Experience prepping, Spray painting/ repairing aluminium surfaces
* Identify & correct any surface blemishes
* Colour matching skills
* Work within the established workplace health & safety policies
* Complete tasks in a timely manner
* Ability to use other hand and power tools competently
* Attention to detail and take pride in work
