* 7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or strategy with leadership across digital and traditional media.
* Experience in political campaigns, public affairs, issue advocacy, or NGO fundraising strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in multi‐channel budget ownership, forecasting, pacing, and vendor negotiations.
* Strong analytical capability, including dashboarding, attribution modelling, experimentation, and executive reporting.
* Working knowledge of political advertising compliance across major platforms and jurisdictions.
* Proven SEO leadership experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐stakes environment with shifting priorities.
Your role and responsibilities
1. Integrated Strategy & Planning (Digital, Traditional & SEO)
* Develop full‐funnel, cross‐channel media strategies with defined KPIs, audience frameworks, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation.
* Translate campaign objectives into structured measurement and optimisation plans.
* Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging with audience segments and funnel stages.
2. Reporting & Measurement (Priority Focus)
* Build and maintain unified reporting dashboards across paid, owned, and traditional channels.
* Deliver weekly performance readouts, executive updates, and rapid‐response reporting during critical campaign periods.
* Establish QA standards, including UTM governance, pacing controls, and trafficking checks.
* Conduct post‐campaign analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
* Oversee execution across Google/YouTube, paid social platforms (where permitted), programmatic/DSP, CTV/OTT, and audio channels.
* Lead structured experimentation across creative, audiences, placements, bidding, and landing pages.
4. Traditional Media Management (TV, Radio, OOH, Print, Direct Mail)
* Lead planning, negotiation, placement, and management of multi‐market traditional buys.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure proper delivery, affidavits, makegoods, and post logs.
5. SEO & Owned Growth
* Drive organic search strategy, including technical SEO, content strategy, authority building, and performance reporting.
* Partner with content and creative teams to produce search‐driven assets and optimise site performance.
6. Compliance & Governance (Political & NGO Focus)
* Own political advertising compliance workflows, including verification, disclosures, targeting restrictions, and silence periods.
* Stay current with platform and regulatory updates and adapt media plans accordingly.
7. Team Leadership & Operations
* Hire, coach, and manage media and SEO team members.
* Build SOPs, training frameworks, and escalation processes.
* Collaborate with client leads to scope work, manage timelines, and maintain quality under campaign pressure.
