trainee
patent attorney/technical assistant (OR overseas qualified attorney) nearing qualification (or re-qualification). have
minimum 1 year
practical
patents experience
OR
preferably
MORE
with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas. are degree qualified in
CHEMISTRY/PHARMACOLOGY+
preferably higher qualifications ( eg PHD/Masters
in Organic Chemistry) and/or industry/research experience in this niche. have solid experience in
drafting/prosecuting
