Khehra Family Transport is a growing logistics company dedicated to providing top-notch transport solutions. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Transport Company Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Organising the purchase, allocation, and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel to ensure operational readiness.
* Liaising with clients to assess transportation requirements, provide advice on vehicle type, purchase or hire rates, explain obligations, and resolve complaints promptly.
* Receiving orders and bookings, then planning, scheduling, and implementing transportation timetables to meet customer and operational needs.
* Ensuring goods are stored and transported under conditions that preserve their quality and integrity throughout the journey.
* Coordinating and arranging the collection, dispatch, and delivery of vehicles and goods to ensure timely and accurate service.
* Maintaining accurate business records, operational statements, and performance reports for management oversight and regulatory compliance.
* Overseeing and coordinating activities related to the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of trains and other transport operations.
* Ensuring all transport activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:• Tertiary Qualifications in Business Management(preferred but not mandatory).• Minimum 2-3 years experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management.

Other Skills and Requirements:

* Strong organisational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent client service and problem-solving ability.
* Knowledge of OHS regulations and compliance standards.
* Strong reporting, record-keeping, and communication skills.
