* Melbourne Royal is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract in the lead up to the Melbourne Royal Show.

This is a dynamic role, where you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating and executing all event signage. You will work closely with the Operations team and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of signage requirements within tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing the collation and production of all required signage for the Melbourne Royal Show.
2. Designing elements of requested and agreed signage, working with Melbourne Royal's Graphic Designer to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Ensuring Melbourne Royal staff follow the agreed signage request process for all submissions.
4. Working with Operations to troubleshoot and agree on signage solutions and design options for the Show.
5. Assisting the Membership and Marketing Manager with membership fulfilment and communication to Melbourne Royal members.
6. Acting as a trouble shooter to assist the Marketing team with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a production or design-related role, with proven ability to create signage using computer-based design programs for print output. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
