Anticipated Working Hours: Monday – Friday: Regular Business Hours.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Application Support Specialist to work on the development and support of the recent Engagement & Relationship Management ecosystem for our client.
We are seeking a Functional Analyst & Application Administrator who can be immediately productive and is highly proficient in configuring and administering the Oracle CX Cloud suite of applications, with a particular focus on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow platform).
Additional experience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua platform) would be an advantage.
Demonstrated understanding of the business user perspective and the ability to develop technical designs in response to both documented and evolving user requirements is essential for success in this role.
The role will involve hands-on configuration and administration of the system and data work, as well as regular communication with both the business and team members across IT.Key ResponsibilitiesExtensive experience in the analysis, design, configuration, administration and support of complex CRM solutions, with an emphasis on Oracle Service Cloud/RightNow implementationsSubstantial experience working with highly integrated and complex ecosystems comparable with that of the universitySignificant experience working with large volumes of data, with a focus on data quality, data analysis and reportingDemonstrated experience working with business users to refine requirements and design integration solutions to meet their needs.Demonstrated ability to quickly become a productive member of a crossfunctional team.Demonstrated skills in personal time management and the ability to maintain high productivity with minimum supervision.Demonstrated ability to lead, teach and mentor less experienced information technology staff.Key QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification (normally a degree) or equivalent professional information technology experience in a large organisation comparable with the University.Desirable Skills, Experience or QualificationsExperience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua platform)Experience working with other systems in the Oracle CX suite, such as Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQPrevious Higher Education experienceApplicationIf you think this role is for you, apply now!
