Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Second ECT to lead our 3–4 year Pre Kindy room.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the current Early Childhood Teacher and work alongside experienced educators to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences that support the holistic development of every child in our care.

About the Role:
As the Second ECT, you will:
* Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to implement a high-quality educational program
* Support the planning and delivery of play-based learning experiences
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment as the lead educator for children aged 3–4 years
* Contribute to the ongoing development and reflection of our program and practices
* Support and work with the Kindergarten ECT
Required Qualifications and Desired Skills:
* Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or working towards)
* Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
* First aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child protection and Geccko child safety registration or completion
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
We also have positions for Lead Educators/Educators across our 3 centres based on the Northern Gold Coast.
We are looking for both casual and permanent part time educators.
