The Role
* Work alongside engagement teams to advise CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, and CTOs on managing IT risks.
* Learn and apply new, complex, and constantly evolving IT skillsets and topics.
* Gain exposure to a wide variety of clients including government, mining, and higher education institutions.
* Assist in the coordination, planning, and delivery of various engagements that may include Cyber Security, Data Governance and Privacy, AI Governance, Business Resilience, Third Party Risk Management, and more.
* Collaborate with other team members to plan engagements which includes developing scope of works, risk and control matrices, and other planning documents.
* Serve as a fieldwork leader by directing the daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors and the client of engagement status, and managing staff performance.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years' of relevant experience in internal or external audit and/or risk management from an IT, financial, and/or operations perspective. You should have keen problem-solving skills and business acumen, including time management, spoken and written communication, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ideally, you'll also have a curious mindset, proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively, and a logical and structured approach to challenges, projects, and documentation.
