Launch Recruitment are supporting an Australian leading enterprise organisation on the lookout for a Solutions Architect to join on a permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for E2E IP solution design, defining architecture, design standards and technical roadmaps for core and data centre networks supporting mobile, voice and enterprise services. Acting as the senior technical authority, you will lead complex designs, review the work of others and support critical operational issues.
Key Experience Required
* IP network design and architecture within large telco or ISP environments (IPv6 experience most desirable)
* Strong routing and switching expertise (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS)
* Data centre networking including VXLAN/EVPN and DC gateway design
* Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper and/or Nokia in production networks
This role suits a self-directed technical leader comfortable working with senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers. Occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
