Moffat Group is a recognised leader in delivering high-performance equipment solutions to the healthcare sector across Australia. We are seeking an accomplished and self-driven Healthcare Sales Manager to oversee our Healthcare portfolio throughout South Australia and Western Australia.
This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and providing exceptional service to clients in a highly specialised environment.
Healthcare industry sales experience and/or hospital food service operational experience will be highly regarded for success in this specialised role.
About the Role
As the Healthcare Sales Manager, you will champion Moffat's market-leading range of meal delivery equipment and food service equipment solutions. Your focus will be on driving sales growth, cultivating strong customer partnerships, and ensuring first-class product support. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and healthcare providers to deliver effective solutions that enhance operational outcomes across the sector.
* Manage and grow the Healthcare portfolio across WA/SA
* This role requires travel across WA/SA territories to effectively manage and grow the healthcare portfolio
* Build strong relationships with hospitals, aged‐care providers, consultants, and key decision‐makers
* Leverage hospital food service operational experience to understand customer needs and deliver practical solutions
* Identify tender opportunities and prepare professional submissions
* Represent Moffat at industry events and trade shows
* Develop call plans, manage dealer activities, and support project implementations
* Deliver product presentations, training, and oversee system commissioning
What You'll Bring
* Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare or technical products or alternatively, you could be coming straight from the hospitality industry as a qualified Chef, with hands‐on hospital food service operational experience looking to transition into a sales role
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand technical product features and customer requirements
* Proactive, self‐driven approach with strong organisational skills
* Professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
