About the role
This role sits at the heart of our permanent education offering in WA, partnering closely with schools to secure exceptional long-term talent.
In your first few months, you'll:
* Learn our systems, approach and permanent recruitment strategy
* Build relationships with principals, business managers and leadership teams
* Begin sourcing and interviewing high-quality teachers and leaders
* Be supported by an experienced team who will help you find your rhythm
As you grow in the role, you'll:
* manage your own portfolio of school partners across Perth and WA
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding hiring decisions with insight and credibility
* Speak with 30+ educators daily — building meaningful, values-aligned relationships
* Identify new business opportunities and expand your school network
* Contribute to a high-performing team culture that celebrates wins and shares feedback openly.

About you
* Experience in recruitment, account management, sales or another fast-paced, people-facing role
* OR a background in teaching and ready to pivot into recruitment (your sector credibility is highly valued)
* Strong relationship-building and business development capability
* Resilient, proactive and commercially minded
* Organised and confident managing multiple conversations daily
* Full Australian working rights
* Valid driver's licence
* Willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working With Children Check
