Lead HR Professional

ARK Industrial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, building capacity within the team, and driving strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaboration across departments.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Leadership: Provide guidance on people management, culture development, and employee engagement.
* Capacity Building: Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance HR systems, processes, and tools.
* Talent Management & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive employee relations, conflict resolution, and effective communication strategies.
* Performance Management: Lead and implement performance management systems to help employees reach their full potential and align their goals with organizational objectives.
* Organizational Development: Support the organization in adapting to growth, market demands, and evolving business needs.
* Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all HR practices comply with regulations and align with industry best practices.

Requirements:

* HR Tertiary Qualification: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries.
* Strong Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of HR best practices, award interpretation, employee and industrial relations, and compliance.
* Exceptional Leadership: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Demonstrated Ability: Ability to implement new initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and collaboration across departments.
* High Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
