About the Role
A proactive and customer-focused professional will join our Surrey Hills team to support the growth of our award-winning virtual fencing solution, which is revolutionising livestock management.
The ideal candidate will guide new customers through onboarding, deliver tailored training, troubleshoot challenges, build lasting relationships, drive satisfaction, and business growth by collaborating with sales, technical operations teams, and increasing productivity, animal health, and sustainable land management.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead customer onboarding to confidence and competence in eShepherd.
 * Deliver product training and ongoing support to build customer trust and independence.
 * Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer use of our solutions.
 * Collaborate with customers to optimise virtual fencing configurations.
 * Develop strong, trust-based relationships, anticipating challenges and providing timely solutions.
 * Partner cross-functionally with our wider team to ensure customer success.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is technically capable and genuinely passionate about helping ranchers succeed.
Great communication skills, building trust with customers, solving problems, adapting quickly in a fast-evolving environment, self-motivation, collaboration, and excitement about working in agriculture innovation make you an ideal candidate.
Ideal candidates have:
 * A degree in agriculture, business, project management, or a related field is useful.
 * Strong knowledge of livestock production systems and ranching practices.
 * Experience in customer service, technical software support, sales, and start-up SaaS experience is a plus.
 * Good eyesight and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
