Key Responsibilities
* Balancing trade partner support and promotional investment to drive sales and growth
* Developing new product strategies with a focus on private label innovation and local supplier partnerships
* Analysing market trends and customer behaviour to create compelling range and pricing plans
* Working collaboratively to deliver strategic category plans that show up across all channels
* Building strong relationships with trade partners and internal teams
* Crafting promotional campaigns that inspire people to explore
Requirements
* A passion for 4WD and off-roading or professional experience in a related business
* 5+ years experience in retail, ideally in category, buying, or product roles
* A proven track record of managing trade partners and negotiating commercial terms
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Experience in managing product lifecycles and developing new ranges
* A commercial mindset with a strong understanding of compliance, price, and promotional mechanics
