About You:
* You are an experienced general commercial lawyer
* You have experience splitting and novating customer contracts
* You have experience with front-line customer negotiations, contract drafting and acting as a conduit between teams
* You are comfortable acting as a project manager and managing administrative tasks
* You have the ability to distil legal concepts into clear, actionable advice
* You have logistics experience, which would be beneficial
* You are robust and resilient in fast paced environments
* You have the ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously and prioritise
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
